Now available for pickup from London E9. Once the order is completed, we will contact you via email to arrange pickup details.

RETURN SUPPORT

We really hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at support@nicholette-a.com and we will do our best to make it right! 

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned in original condition with all tags. Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Dropoffs in E9 can be arranged. Any other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer at this time.
